Annual Reunion 2026

The 2026 Pierre Chastain Family Association (PCFA) 51st Annual Family Reunion and Meeting is on! We are headed back to Missouri where it all started over 50 years ago! The annual gathering  will be held in Springfield, Missouri at the SpingHill Suites by Marriot,  Springfield North on 2025 E Kerr Street, Springfield, Missouri (65803).

All Chastain (and all spelling variants; Chasteen, Shasteen, etc.) descendants are invited to attend, PCFA members and non-members along with other family members and friends. The reunion is a scheduled two days of socializing and discussing family connections.  A great time to visit with "cousins" from all over the country.  And, the opportunity to learn more about your Chastain ancestry, giving all a chance to ask questions about their relatives, share research, collaborate, and hopefully gain more knowledge about Chastain genealogy and family history. 

The main festivities/activities will begin on Friday, October 16th at 8am with registration. As usual, there will be presentations scattered throughout the day, genealogy discussions, a chance to visit historic sites of our ancestors in the area, a picnic lunch on Friday, evening activities on Friday and Saturday with the meeting concluding after the Saturday evening meal. An agenda detailing all activities will be posted here and on social media once a few additional items have been finalized.
 

Reunion Registration Info:

We will have a small registration fee this year, $10.00 per adult (over 18) to cover the costs of the conference/meeting area. The registration fee is one-time and covers the duration of the reunion.  

If you are planning on attending the 2026 PCFA Reunion, please register by using the Registration Form.

The Registration Form also contains information about participating in meals planned for the Picnic on Friday (lunch) and the Saturday evening meal. We hope you will be able to join everyone for both meals.

Please email the Registration Form or the information requested on the form to our Registrar (info in right column above).  If paying by check/money order, open/download the form, enter your information, then print and mail to the Registrar, postal address is on the form.

If you want to pay online, please use the form below to select Registration and the meals you and others you are paying for will attend.  On the View Cart button you can change quantities, etc. prior to completing the order.  Don't forget to still fill out and email the Registration Form to the Registrar at the email address above.

How to book your stay at the SpringHill Suites:

A block of rooms have been reserved for PCFA Reunion attendees at the rate of  $129.00 per room per day.  Currently the rates are for the 15th through the 18th.  The block/rate will be in effect until September 14, 2026.  After this date, the price won't be guarenteed.
